This step by step guide will help you on how to activate your recently purchased service plan.
Currently there are two ways to purchase a service plan for your device.
Buying from our online shop
If you decide to buy from our online shop at https://shop.lugloc.com/products/service-plan you will receive an e-mail with an “Activate Service Plan” button. After you select it your web browser will open and you will be able to insert the device id number.
Enter your LugLoc ID, select the button “Activate” and your service plan will be associated to the device id you entered.
If your prefer to use the QR code, from the LugLoc App you will be able to scan this QR code to link your Service Plan.
If you are using an Android Smartphone, you will need to download a QR scanner App to be able to scan the QR Code.
Buying directly in our App
Service Plans from the LugLoc App itself. This will automatically link the Traces to your LugLoc Device from which you bought the traces.
1- Log in to the LugLoc App.
2- Check that you have at least one LugLoc associated to your account.
3- Select “Shop” icon at the right bottom.
4- Select the device
5-Select the Service Plan you prefer for the selected device.
If the camera is not working, you might not be giving the LugLoc App the permission to access your camera. If this is the case, you will have to your phone’s settings to allow the LugLoc App to use your camera.
